Visited Shree Ram Netralaya for my mother’s cataract surgery and it was a really smooth ride. Staff was very polite and courteous; *special* mention to Misba and Rachna who helped at *every* step of the journey. *Excellent* consultation and advice from Dr. Ashis Ghosh – felt confident right from the start. All the steps were explained very clearly, so we were informed at every stage. Insurance process was very smooth and the reimbursement came through without a hitch. Highly recommend! 👍

Shree Hospital and its staff are very good and supportive. The overall service is excellent and well-managed. The optical section is also very nice, and the person at the optical store is extremely helpful, polite, and professional. They guided me properly and provided great service. Highly recommended!
