Clean Tiger Laundry & Dry Cleaning Service

I had a terrible experience with Clean Tiger. They completely ruined my expensive curtains, showing clear lack of care and professionalism. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups, they failed to deliver them on time. It’s obvious they have zero understanding of fabric care and their staff appears highly inexperienced. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or reliable handling of delicate items.

Highly Unreliable and Poor Follow-Up ​The initial delivery arrived late on October 18th (after the promised October 16th Diwali date). The main issue is the order was incomplete, missing one bedsheet. ​I was repeatedly promised redelivery: first within 2 days, and then a firm commitment for October 28th. As of today, October 30th, the item is still missing. Worse, the company's phone number is now switched off, leaving the issue completely unresolved. I do not recommend this service due to their lack of accountability.

Very bad experience. They don't run a business and don't know how to run it or deal with customers. They are more like school kids who provide excuses everyday for not delivering back. I had given a blanket for dry cleaning in its original cover with handle. They promised to deliver after 2 days. One day prior I asked they said it would be delivered next day. They said it is still set and so next day (14th August, one day before independence day) by 1pm. Next day, I called up and they said today is off and would be delivered on 15th by 11 am. I told them not to give an excuse next day that it's off again. They said they would be working and by 11am it would be delivered. Called up next morning and they said to deliver by 1pm as there is a program. Eventually, they delivered after 2pm. And they had discarded the original bag of the blanket with handle and sent back wrapped in polythene. They will keep badgering on WhatsApp. I've blocked them now.
