When called restaurant they said reservation is not required, however we got the table in 5-10 mins. Ambience is just average, there rest room was not clean. When asked that said maintenance going on. There are varieties of items available and all veg items. But when it comes to taste, it’s completely bad. We all felt taste and quality both are worst except harabara kabab. About service, one of the worst service we ever had. First the table we sat was full shaking, so asked them to fix it but no proper response to it. I have added that video as well. Next refilling was very very slow, when asked the manager he bluntly said I’m the only one who is managing and you should understand. Come on, if he can not manage then what else can he do!!? We also asked then for Masala Dosa as per there menu, even after 5 follow ups and wasted 40 mins they did not turn up with item we asked. I strongly recommend not to go here and waste your time and have bad experiences

We visited for lunch on a weekday, and the service was extremely slow. The food items were refilled only after repeatedly informing the staff. We had to wait more than 15 minutes just for rotis, which was quite frustrating. The serving staff seemed careless and not very attentive. However, the manager (an elderly gentleman) was very kind and responsible. He personally checked on the food counters and genuinely tried his best to refill the items as quickly as possible. We really appreciated his effort. The food quality was average for the price we paid it was just okay. There is no proper table reservation system. You have to make the payment at the entrance and then find a table on your own, which was inconvenient. Overall, the experience could have been much better with improved service and better table management.

This is a place that punches beyond its limits for the price provided per person. The variety is pretty big and the taste rest assured, is also surprisingly very good. Overall, the ambience is pretty good given that it caters to a large number of visitors at once. The manager, Mr Prashanth was also quite courteous, accommodating and a friendly person who helped us get hot batch of food. I would definitely visit once more.
