Vibe: Trendy, Sophisticated Global Bistro Damage for Two: ₹2,888 (All inclusive) Situated in the high-energy dining neighborhood of Lane 7 in Koregaon Park, The Sassy Spoon holds its ground beautifully as a chic sanctuary for food enthusiasts who enjoy clean, creative flavor profiles. On our Sunday night visit around 9 PM, the restaurant felt vibrant and seamlessly operated. Here is a breakdown of the dynamic dishes sampled during this dinner cover for two: 1. Goan Chorizo Taco (₹595) — Rating: 4.8/5 An absolute masterpiece of fusion cooking. The rich, tangy, and deeply smoky Goan chorizo was packed into beautifully crisp taco shells. . It is an adventurous appetizer that pays flawless homage to local coastal flavor within a street-style Mexican format. 2. Korean Chicken Wings (₹445) — Rating: 4.2/5 A perfectly executed classic comfort pick. The wings retained an impressive crunch underneath a thick, sweet, and sticky Korean-style glaze. Sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds, they hit the spot on savory-umami depth with a gentle kick of warmth that didn't overpower the palate. 3. Curried Aglio olio Risotto Chicken (₹725) — Rating: 4.6/5 This was the wildcard of the night and a true standout main course. It is an ambitious combination of Italian technique and aromatic Asian spice. The arborio rice was cooked to an impeccable al dente creaminess, laced with garlic and a subtle, non-overpowering curry undertone. Topped with beautifully seared, juicy chicken slices, it was a warm, inventive bowl of pure comfort. 4. Burmese Chicken Khao Suey (₹695) — Rating: 4.5/5 A soul-satisfying bowl of Southeast Asian perfection. The coconut milk broth was remarkably velvety and fragrant without being overly heavy or cloyingly sweet. The noodles and tender chicken chunks integrated beautifully with the broth, while the classic assortment of fresh condiments allowed us to customize the crunch and acidity to our exact liking. For an upscale dinner in Koregaon Park, the price point offers incredible value considering the high ingredient quality, elegant presentation, and inventive menu layout.
Our experience at The Sassy Spoon was amazing. I had chosen The Sassy Spoon for celebrating my parent's Anniversary and it was the correct decision all along. TSS has a large parking area which provides ample parking space. The ambience inside and outside were awesome and photo worthy. The decor inside with the vintage look was beautiful. We had 4 out of the 5 Chef Special's of the day and thoroughly enjoyed them, especially the Grilled Tiger Prawn. The staff were very courteous, and provided us with a complimentary dessert to celebrate my parent's anniversary. Our server Mr. Pankaj was polite and provided good recommendations for the dessert. Overall a very good experience. Will surely recommend this restaurant to others. Will be visiting very soon.
Had a team dinner at The Sassy Spoon and overall it was a good experience. The ambience is really nice, with both indoor and outdoor seating options which makes it a pleasant place for group dinners and conversations. The food was good and well presented, though the flavours seem slightly tailored for an international/foreign palate rather than very bold Indian tastes. Still, the dishes we tried were enjoyable. The desserts were a bit of a disappointment compared to the rest of the meal and didn’t quite match the expectations set by the mains. During weekdays, the place seems to attract a lot of corporate crowd, so it has a lively yet professional vibe. The pricing is on the higher side, but the ambience and overall experience make it a decent spot for team dinners or casual celebrations. Overall, a decent dining experience with good food and a great ambience.
