I absolutely love the ice creams at Ice Cream Works! Today we visited the Vile Parle East outlet and had a wonderful experience. The service by Ms. Surekha was truly outstanding. She was extremely polite, warm, and even offered us a ₹21 discount on the cone — such a sweet gesture that made our visit even more special. I frequently visit the outlet and also enjoy ordering from Swiggy. The variety and quality of ice creams are consistently excellent, and it’s always a delight to try different flavours.
