Here's a polished version of your review: > Disappointing and overpriced experience. My regular mechanic was out of town, so I contacted this service center for a horn issue. The horn had stopped working, and the actual problem turned out to be a worn-out 4-pin relay. They replaced my existing Bosch relay with a generic blue relay that sells online for around ₹140, yet charged ₹540 for it. They also used two short pieces of wire (roughly 1 foot each) and billed ₹700 for that. In total, I was charged ₹1,815 for what was essentially a simple relay replacement and minor wiring work. What is most disappointing is the lack of fairness in pricing. Businesses often fail to realize that while they may make extra money from a one-time customer, experiences like this ensure that customer never returns. Had the charges been reasonable and transparent, I would have happily continued using their services, especially since they offer pickup facilities and are conveniently located near my home. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in returning or recommending them.
Hi, I’m Somnath. This was my first visit to this workshop and the experience was very good. All the staff members at the workshop are very hardworking and they know their work very well. Everyone is very friendly and they complete the work right in front of the customers. Overall, it’s a very good workshop.Anyone can visit without any doubt...............Thank you.
Work done is great, happy with it. Got pick and drop facility as well.Thank you Ps: However initially had to wait 1 hour for diagnosis and charges evaluation because of the heavy workload there. Customer service needs to be improved with a proper bigger lounge and a receptionist needs to be available during working hours.
