We had an amazing Singapore family trip, all thanks to the wonderful team who organised everything so smoothly. From flights to hotel stay, sightseeing, and daily planning—everything was perfectly managed. Traveling with family can be stressful, but they made it completely hassle-free. They were always available, patient, and attentive to our needs. Truly grateful for such a memorable experience. We had a amazing family trip to Malaysia and Langkawi. All the team members were supportive and the management was on point. Truly grateful for such a memorable experience. Our Trip with TripzyGo was fair enough. It was our first ever International Trip and we chose Bali (Indonesia). The arrangements and the bookings were done my Sr. Travel Consultant - Hiteshwar Singh. This guy made everything possible as the dates we chose were -25th December till 31st 2025. Everyone else was booked and way expensive but this guy made it possible. So, Thanks - Hitesh✌🏻 Now, the reality check - Their Bali Tour is under someone named as - Anuj Dhir. This person has no basic etiquettes and sense about how to speak to their customers. Basically, we had a shuffle of 2 days activities and this guy just ruthlessly denied and the way he speaks again - Ruthless. TripzyGo kindly work through with him. Now, their on ground team those people got my heart - Robinson, Surya and Teddy. These people made our trip for sure. Especially - Surya🫰🏻🫰🏻 Kudos to him! He’s such a sweet person, so is Teddy. Overall, TripZygo as an organisation; I think I would reconsider my decision to go ahead further with but If, I get to have Hitesh; then Yes. Sweet guy and do understand me. I think I have understanding with him which I really like, so. I think that’s pretty much about everything so thanks.
