If you are a SOLO FEMALE travelling, from one traveller to another - DO NOT RISK OPTING FOR THIS HOTEL. They will force you to change the room that you paid for in middle of the trip, because an elite guest wants that room and you will be moved to subpar room, all this while being treated like you are obliged to do so. After that, one morning, out of the blue, you have to checkout as the hotel is fully booked out because staff didn't remember your checkout date. You will be stranded in a new city one fine morning with work to go to, luggage to take care of and with worry of paying extra for another hotel last minute. They don't care about this, as they get enough business from locals, do yourself a favour and find another professional hotel.
Pathetic service . No room cleaning . Told twice . But no response . Ac also not working. Food was not good . No water service also .we ordered Manchurian it was uncooked told them to take bak and cancel . They did not listen . Again called us said u have to order something but v can't cancel ❌ 😔 Very bad . Experience Even for towel v had to call 3 times. . request for a refund .
Reasonable price, rooms are clean with all the amenities plus complimentary breakfast and high speed wifi. Smart TV available.
