We had a wonderful stay at MGM Resort. It’s very kid-friendly, and our children enjoyed it a lot. The beach-front view is beautiful and relaxing. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. A great place for a family vacation. Visited MGM Beach Resort last Wednesday for dinner after seeing all the hype on social media, but the experience was extremely disappointing. We had to wait a very long time just to get a table, and even after being seated, nobody attended to us properly. Not even basic things like water or glasses were provided unless we kept calling and following up with the staff repeatedly. Service was completely unorganized. After waiting nearly 20–25 minutes, the soup finally arrived, and to make it worse, the starters were served after we had already finished the main course. The food itself was below average, with a very limited menu considering the high prices. Overall, the experience did not match the hype at all. I would honestly not recommend this place to anyone visiting based on influencer promotions or social media videos. There are far better places with better food, service, and hospitality. Avoid if you are expecting a pleasant dining experience.

Disappointed with their service. Junior family suite is just behind mgm dizzee world water park where they put loud songs and too much noise. My old age parents were getting head ache In website it was mentioned abode lounge access 11am to 5pm of tea cofee sandwiches but in reception they said its only 3 to 5pm cheating customers. 5 times power supply got cut off in resort during our stay. Bathroom shower knob broken and no stand or shelf in bathroom to keep soaps. After booking the booking dates not showing correctly in their website. We paid prior online but during checking they ask us doubt if we really paid and we were shocked. For 2nd day stay they wont give water bottles and coffe supplies automatically and we have to call and get. The song of the sea restaurant was sweating with no proper fan arrangement. Only the beach was peaceful and swimming pool anf Food was good. Totally based on many cons, this resort is not worthy to be called as 4 star resort considering the poor management and customer service. Dont waste your money.
