⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience at Encore DJ Club, Himalaya Mall We organized our Sangeet function on 4th December 2025 at Encore DJ Club, Himalaya Mall, and the experience was extremely disappointing. • Worst service • Worst food quality • False commitments by the owner • No staff engagement or coordination during the event At the time of booking, we were promised proper bride–groom sofa, stage chairs, and arrangements, but none of these commitments were fulfilled. There was no proper management or support from the staff during the function. The biggest issue was the billing. The owner never clearly explained that the plates would be counted based on entry of guests and not on the actual number of people who took food. This was highly misleading and unprofessional. The only positive part of the entire event was the DJ. He was superb, cooperative, energetic, and truly up to the mark. Full appreciation to the DJ for saving the mood of the event. Unfortunately, all other services were zero. If you are planning any family function or wedding event, I would strongly advise you NOT to consider this place. Very unhappy with the overall experience. We paid 4k extra as only 60 guests took the food plate and she took money of 70 people Taking extra is not bad but they should clarify because at this price there are many good places in market . Please note - at the time of booking they will be very sweet and very polite and very humble , u will feel as if it is your right choice but once the function is over u will know the true colours .

Absolutely amazing freshers’ party! The club vibes were insane, DJ kept the energy high all night, and the staff were super friendly. Perfect place to kick off college life with unforgettable memories! 🔥🎧

It was a memorable day as we all enjoyed Garba night with office colleague and also taken food at the end. Their DJ done a super job as all the songs are very unique and awesome. We all enjoyed so much.
