Good ambience, meh food. Dosas were not upto the mark, uttappam was raw in the centre. Idlis and curries were good. Malabar parottas were small and quantity was too less for the price. Chutneys tasted the same. We got a complimentary small serving of coconut sheera (on a condition that all the people from the group write a review, which was shady), which tasted really good, maybe the best dish over here. Staff was polite and cooperative.
Unhygienic cooking practice: They dip their hands into the oil and spread it with their bare hands on the dosa ‼️ I was waiting for the toilet and suddenly I noticed their kitchen and I peeked into their kitchen and I saw the Cook dipping his hands ✋🏼 to take out the oil instead of using a oil spreader. Service and atmosphere was good but eat at your own personal health risk. I would rate it a solid 1 or even 0 because compromise on cooking hygiene is no go for me. Taste: I personally didn't like it doesn't live upto the mark‼️
An Authentic South Indian restaurant. A must visit if you want to have authentic experience. I would really recommend to try the Coconut Shira an underrated desert. The flavour and taste for that was just amazing💯
