where to begin, back in the past this used to be The definitive place to get medicine in Shyambazar area, but now, the staff are beyond rude and wastes more time chatting with each other than providing service, rudely dismisses you when they don't have the medicine. not to mention barely any discount unless you buy in house products My advice, go to Lifeline or Metro Pharma or any of the other thousands of stores and if you're looking for a 24/7 shop, try RG Kar Apollo or even the hospital counter, you'll have better luck
Doing fraud with the customers. They are providing less quantity of medicine in the box by cutting the strip. And billing/charging full amount. My request to all of you that , Pls. Check the BOX PACKED MEDICINE (Quantity of Medicine printed on the box) before paying the billing amount.
This particular Frank Ross pharmacy is probably the worst of the lot. They never, ever, have a medicine you need. You'll not even find a sanitary pad of your choice out here. This store is only good for petty medicines like gelusil, or a band-aid, or their in-house bitter-gourd juice. Avoid this place, save your time and peace of mind by going elsewhere.
