Radicare Diagnostic Centre - Amar Mahal

Plz read this review before going to this pathetic place. It was my Worst experience ever. If u truly want to get correct reports for the tests done then NEVER EVER visit this place. Just giving one star for the radiologist Dr who again run the tests just to give some right info (that too when I fought with the owner of the place) as the first one could not do her job properly. Let me give u my detailed honest feedback please spare ur valuable time as no one wants to go such place where ur hard earned money is totally wasted. I went for the USG on feb 5, 2025 after reading reviews on Google (now onwards I am never going to trust Google reviews), first of all the charges told were way higher than the other centres. The moment I entered I got that gut feeling that it is not the right place as the place was shabby, unhygienic, no proper area for waiting, spider webs were everywhere. The one who first talked with us did not tell us about the doctor who is going to run the test. No proper separate area for radiologist as the same was only sitting in the scan machine area. Then I was called inside for the scan where the sheets on bed were as if they were never changed, used tissue was thrown on the bed where patient is supposed to lie down. Doctor(if male) had to leave the place so that patient could get ready for the test. Dustbin was place right next to the bed which will touch u anyway while getting up or down from the bed. The radiologist then done the test with the old outdated looking machine and could not properly explain me the findings and wrote the word “could be” in the report which triggered me. Then on asking about the correctness and why she can’t be sure for which I have come I mean one get the test done because they want the correct findings after which they can decide for the future course of action but if the doctor can not tell the correct findings of the test then there is no use of that test or reports. What is “could be” there has to be some clarity. There I literally fought with the madam doctor who was not sure what she has concluded. Then on raising the voice against such report the owner asked me to get the test done again as the “other doctor is better as he is MD and practice at Somaiya hospital and is very good” I mean my anger just shoot up as they already know the madam is not good for the job still they are wasting people’s money and above that they are telling me that they are not going to charge me for the second test I mean how can people be so money minded that in such a situation where u have already wasted someone’s time and made her pass thru a test procedure which is not easy there u have already exploited her emotionally physically and financially and above that u r saying as if u r doing some favour to me. But bcoz I was helpless and need to have the correct report I had to get the test done again where the Dr was bit professional and explained me his findings. That dr seemed actually better than the first one but because of that traumatic experience I could not trust him completely. And this episode did not end there. After getting the test done when the doctor was preparing the report that laptop got discharge and could not write the report and made us wait for almost half an hour because of their poor infrastructure and on asking for the reason they could not tell us. Then I lost my all control and got over the board shouting on the owner to which the person sitting at reception started giving us attitude and looks that made me more angry and I had to leave the place without my reports. While leaving and yelling the owner asked me to share the address to which he will get the reports delivered. Even after writing this much I could not properly explain the horrible experience of that place. I’ll request each and everyone to not waste ur money on this place. Reply to the comment - it is not the report findings which pissed me off it is ur attitude and incapable doctors that made the situation worse. And no thanks for ur so called experienced doctors team I don’t want to die soon.

Extremely Poor Service – Totally Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience I had an absolutely terrible experience at this diagnostic centre. The staff were unhelpful, rude, and completely disorganized. Appointments mean nothing here even after booking in advance, I had to wait endlessly with no clear communication or apology. Do not even bother to consider this place… It’s absolutely disgusting…

Plz do not visit this place charges of xray is too much high i have done 3xray they ask me to pay 1500rs and i asked them charges before doing xray but they dint informed me and i went for xray I thought it will be normal charge only as per all other centres but later when i asked they told 1500 and usually outside we can do this xray in 500rs only. The most important thing person told me as per the clinic locality and area they kept this charges, pathetic reply. You will go in pain but they increase your pain with over amounts bills.
