I had booked their bed bug service, after the pest control I could see some bed bugs crawling some dead. The infestation was not very much still their service did no good to me. Apparantly there is no guarantee they said which is bad! They will provide guarantee only after two sessions they said, for which I have to pay separately! What a gimmick.

Their bed bug spray was so ineffective that it felt more like a refreshing drink for the bed bugs. Even less than 24 hours after spraying, I could still see them crawling around freely including in the exact spots where the chemical had been applied.
