Pranay Kadam , the Store manager of HUFT , Chembur is an exceptional professional. His commitment to customers comes thru in every single action He has educated me on host of things and delivered products, ever so politely. Very important for me is my time and he helps me manage my time by quick response time to messages and calls, grasping things at the get go and honoring his word. Its a pleasure to interact with Pranay . He is a great asset to orgs he works for I would not give as much business to this store if it wasnt for Pranays top notch service. A very unprofessional experience, giving me a feeling of their 'arrogance' in handling customer query. I’ve been continuously following up for a slot for my pet's bath since 3 weeks. Inspite of our regular request, they just kept us off the hook with no confirmation and no respect to accommodate customer request. Your customer team needs a complete 'rehaul' in chembur, stressing on empathy and respect for customers. Disappointed.
