Go to this hospital only if you don't care !! The hospital was approached to save the life of a very young rescue puppy. Undermining the seriousness and unable to diagnose the situation, they tried their best to send back without any treatment. The clinic showed no inclination towards saving the puppy - and, after 2 days as in patient, handed over to foster in a state that the puppy was not even getting up and walking. There was no rescue discount requested - or given - but the way it was handled was with total lack of respect to life. The only demand was to deposit 15k upfront. When I asked for the basis - the answer was - my hospital my rules !! There was no merit in terms of how the transaction was handled or treatment was done. The person on phone made it clear they are business organization and not NGO - which is true, and is absolutely fine. But don't be in the VET HOSPITAL BUSINESS of you can not value the life that comes to you for treatment. Too many times they can't speak for themselves. The first pic was sent to me for charging, second pic is how the puppy was handed over to the care giver. Puppy did not survive beyond 3 days. Adding my comments based on the falsified response given below : - what i explained on phone which was conveniently overlooked : my daughter studies at BLR and stays in hostel. Found sick puppy outside her University and tried to help. I don't live in BLR and hence unable to come in person - I reached out to your hospital by choice in minutes, not because of any number you had. - she had called me totally shattered at your apathy and refusal to treat puppy as in patient despite the fact that she is in a hostel and is another allowed to bring any rescue - I called to ask for treatment of puppy How shameless and unethical can an organisation get for the sake of money ? How can you demand 15k upfront - charge me 3500 + OPD fee from my daughter AND then hand over the puppy untreated ( RESCUED ??? ).

I had a great experience at Jeeva Pet Hospital. The staff is polite,well-trained, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can truly trust the doctors . I really appreciate the service and the comforting environment they provide. they offer 24/7 service, which is incredibly reassuring in case of emergencies. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality care for their pets .

I lost my dog because of this hospital’s negligence, and I will never forgive that. My 8 year old dog already had a heart condition. Instead of actually figuring out what was wrong, they kept pumping him with antibiotics for a full week, even though he was clearly not getting better. No urgency. No change in approach. Just the same useless treatment again and again. Any vet treating a dog with a heart condition should know that IV fluids/drips must be administered slowly and carefully, with close monitoring. Rapid fluid administration can put dangerous strain on the heart and worsen an already critical situation. In my case, despite my dog’s known heart condition, the drip was pushed quickly simply because it was late at night, prioritizing convenience over caution. That decision alone shows a complete lack of care and basic judgment. When we finally went to another vet for a second opinion, they stated that these antibiotics would not have helped his condition at all. Hearing that after watching my dog suffer is devastating. What hurts the most is how money minded this place felt. Every visit meant more bills, more medicines, more payments but no real care, no honesty, and no competence. It felt like my dying dog was just another case to extract money from, not a life they were responsible for. By the time we realized how badly this was mishandled, it was too late. My dog could not be saved. If you love your pet, especially if they’re older or have an existing condition, do not trust this hospital with their life. I trusted them, and my dog paid the price.
