Kimera Wellness Salon & Spa - JP Nagar

This used to be my go-to salon, but unfortunately it’s not the same anymore after most of the experienced staff left. The overall service quality has dropped significantly, and it feels like the current staff are not properly trained for the services they provide. What made people trust and like this salon earlier was the professionalism and experience of the previous team. If hiring skilled staff is difficult, at least try to retain the good employees who built the salon’s reputation in the first place. What disappointed me the most was the behavior of one staff member while providing service. The interaction was completely unprofessional, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Basic respect and customer etiquette should never be compromised. I genuinely hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving both service quality and staff behavior.

She truly understands her clients’ needs and delivers results with care and precision. Her calm approach, hygiene standards, and dedication to her work make every visit comfortable and satisfying.
