This is my regular spot, and I visit Polar Bear, Banjara Hills often. I always had a great experience here. The place had a wonderful vibe, the desserts were consistently delicious, and everything was served fresh and beautifully. What consistently made my visits special was the exceptional service. A big mention to Tarun, who always went above and beyond with his warm hospitality. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed each time. His genuine service truly made every visit memorable. I highly recommend this place. Great treats, great atmosphere, and outstanding staff. I always looked forward to coming back!
