The doctors are highly experienced, very patient, and they explain everything in detail. The entire staff, including nurses and support team, are extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The hospital is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern facilities. What impressed me the most was the transparency – no hidden charges, reasonable fees, and genuine care for patients rather than just business. Special thanks to the nursing staff for their 24/7 dedication and kindness. My family member recovered quickly, and we are truly grateful to the whole team. Highly recommended! So as i got a reply which actually is very far from reality it becomes my responsibilty to clear up things for the patients who plan to visit your centre as there is no place to comment. #Firstly on request taking up patient after 6pm doesn't justify patients relative himself cleaning the patient and patient lying on a bed with stains and no bedsheets which as doctor i count a bad hygenic condition. #Secondly mri was charged 2500 but you forgot to mention that usg abdomen was charged 1800 which itself seems to me overcompensating your mri discount of 500rs. #Please to keep the dignity of doctors about reporting, don't force me to post the reports here. I choose your centre and i faced the consequences of charges and poor reporting. REVIEW: Worst and most unhygenic diagnostic place i have ever visited. Dirty beds and No bedsheets in usg and mri for patient , no cleaning done after usg.. Patient and his clothes all drenched in gel. Same in mri and ct scan.. Shocked to see the charges, shameful service for such high prices.. Reports are just like too generalized like whatever the history you give is pasted in the reports... i am shocked that this is the service and charges for the doctor and his family what do they do to common people. The best part of scam is " please message us or let us know what is the problem we will enquire and resolve"..
