The Leela Palace Chennai - Seaside Modern Palace Hotel

A Grand Experience at The Leela Palace Chennai Had the opportunity to visit The Leela Palace Chennai during our business event, and I must say the property left a lasting impression on me. Right from the moment I entered, the grandeur of the hotel was evident. The architecture, interiors, and overall ambiance beautifully blend royal elegance with modern luxury. Every corner of the property reflects attention to detail and world-class hospitality. During breaks between sessions, I explored different parts of the hotel and was amazed by the magnificent sea-facing views, spacious public areas, and the calm, sophisticated atmosphere throughout the property. It is one of those places that instantly makes you feel relaxed despite being in the middle of a busy schedule. The event facilities were well organized, the service standards were excellent, and the staff were amazingly courteous and very professional in every interaction. My experience at The Leela Palace Chennai was truly memorable. A magnificent property that perfectly represents luxury, class, and hospitality at its finest.

The event was organized flawlessly, with every detail perfectly synchronized—from the technology setup to the overall ambience. The hospitality and service at the hotel were exceptional. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure comfort and convenience, making me feel valued throughout my stay. The property itself is stunningly luxurious, blending elegance with modern amenities in a way that surpasses even my experiences in Chennai. From the grand setting to the seamless execution of the conference, everything reflected world-class standards. It was not just a stay, but a super experience that left me impressed and grateful. Our recent 2 week stay at the Leela palace Chennai was good. This is our first time staying at the Leela in Chennai. Our previous stays are at ITC & Westin Chennai. In comparison - Leela’s sea view location was a plus, the Airport pick up & drop was excellent with airport reps assistance. Butler service was helpful. Our Butler Pritam was very attentive .We used the car rental from the hotel and the drivers were excellent especially Rajesh - had a good knowledge of the city locations.Murali & Yuvraj at Bell desk were very helpful. Lounge was great with a fabulous view .Esther at the lounge was very hospitable. Breakfast at Spectra was just ok but the service provided by Ramesh was very good. Restaurant quality was sub par at Jaamavaar, China XO quality was good. Services at both restaurants was decent. The music at the end of the day along with the ritual of lighting the fire was relaxing. Traffic jams were not fun while returning to the hotel. Traffic regulation during big events was chaotic at the hotel front and we were stuck for half hour a couple of days which needs to be rectified. Love the location and the service in general at Leela Chennai. We will be back hoping that the problems will be rectified.
