Excellent service. I have to appreciate the counter staff Mrs Kavitha and when Dr Jyothi madam started treatment felt half sickness vanished. Really soft spoken and treating the patient as own family member Dr Jyothi madams service I have to bow my head. Thanks a lot Celara team 👍❤️🙏
I was suggested to this hospital by Rupas clinic! But I had very bad situation at here! We have to wait almost 2 hours for scanning. Only 1 doctor is available! And it's very pathetic... Also they said it's first come first serve, but few people who were after is got some recommendations and called inside. After hearing out our names we had to wait outside the scanning room. Please if anyone suggest this Diagnostic Center, please don't come! Don't waste your time waiting here . Get it done in somewhere else (Amruth diagnostic Center is one of the things which is better than this). As per suggestion from our doctor we came and facing worst situation...
We had a very good experience with Celara Diagnostics, Bangalore. The service was smooth, well-organized, and professional. A special thanks to Sister Lizzi for her kind and caring support. She was very patient and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Customer support executive Pushpa was also extremely helpful and responsive. She guided us clearly and handled everything efficiently. Overall, the staff were supportive, polite, and well-coordinated. Highly recommended for their excellent service and care.
