My journey with HomeLane for my home at Joyville Shapoorji Pallonji was a rollercoaster of extreme highs and deep lows. I am writing this detailed review so that future homeowners know exactly what to expect and which team members to trust. The Warning: The Design Phase (The Low Point) My project started with significant frustration due to the Designer, Trishala Jain, and the Design Manager, Sharmilithika Sharma. Designer Conduct: The design phase was unprofessional and, at times, hostile. Trishala demonstrated a lack of patience, often becoming dismissive during sessions. More alarmingly, her technical designs were functionally flawed—she designed fixed panels over my main water supply and electrical mains, creating a safety hazard that I had to pay external vendors to fix. Managerial Negligence: Despite multiple escalations, the Design Manager, Sharmilithika Sharma, was entirely unresponsive. Her lack of oversight and "ghosting" in the group chat allowed a hostile environment to persist. If you are assigned this design team, I strongly advise requesting a change immediately. The Redemption: Leadership & Swift Action (The High Point) Just as I was losing all faith in HomeLane—despite being a loyalist who chose them over a 50% discount from Livspace—the HomeLane Leadership Team stepped in with incredible speed. Within an hour of my escalation, I was contacted by the leadership, and the turnaround was nothing short of miraculous. The "Surajit Ghosh" Effect: I want to specifically applaud Mr. Surajit Ghosh. His visit to my site was a masterclass in professionalism. With a 10/10 personality and an incredible eye for detail, he identified every technical and design flaw without me needing to say a word. He held his team accountable with a perfect balance of authority and professionalism. The Execution Team: Following Surajit’s instructions, Mr. Rajkumar Paul and my Project Manager, Mr. Krishanu Poddar, showed a level of speed I have never seen in this industry. 24-Hour Resolution: Mr. Krishanu Poddar, who had previously struggled with coordination, took the leadership’s lessons to heart. He worked tirelessly to align every faulty unit and resolve all pending issues within 24 hours of the survey. His commitment to making things right has completely changed my perception of his work. Final Verdict HomeLane’s strength lies in its Higher Management and Leadership. While the initial design phase was "third-class," the intervention by Mr. Surajit Ghosh and Mr. Rajkumar Paul proved that HomeLane is a brand that truly cares about its reputation and its customers. I am now a satisfied homeowner and a believer in HomeLane’s leadership. If you are looking for interiors, I highly recommend HomeLane, but ensure you have the right eyes—like Surajit’s—on your project. Worst experience facing with Homelane..got our interior done by them around 2months back. Had so many issues with electricity, loft setting issues and mainly design issue with the attached open unit of the hinged wardrobe. The image of white open unit is done by homelane and the other one is the reference one which we wanted to get done. Also asked several times if they can give the exact output or not. Priyanka Singha , the designer assured us that it will be the same. They tried to manipulate us so many times to get it installed but we did not allow it. We have not accepted it and asked for return and refund so so many times. Under the supervision of Suraj Kumar, one person visited our site and got all the notes of our concerned points. Only electricity wiring issues were fixed. Now he is not also taking the responsibility. Asking to align with the manager of the designer Priyanka Singha. Did we pay for this? They are thinking we will stop here. But no! We will consider this now as legal matter of promising but not fulfilling case. Faced full session of harrasment and still ongoing. Also, if this open unit is not returned and refunded within 1 month now on that is, 6th January, we will make sure from SBI fraternity and IT corporate fraternity within my reach, no one ever get any work done by Homelane and initiate legal action from our side.

Good experience with over all project from start to end. I am satisfies from designing procedure to hand over experience. Good Support from Project Manager Nabin Sahoo and Designer Rashi Mohata in terms of installation , Paint , Finishing , Fittings etc. I have a excellent experience with electrician Abhijit , Govind and Carpenter Nazim Uddin , Safi Uddin.
