SCAM ALERTS: Fake Discounts & Blatant Lies from Management Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and unprofessionalism at GoMechanic. I booked a service based on specific discounts and offers clearly visible on their app. After that i have applied and check out with given discount by go mechanic app. However, when you call service buddy for workshop location and timing to complete services or whatever parts repair and washing, 'Service Buddy' flatly denied these offers. To make matters worse, when I reached out to the escalation manager, I was told the workshop was 'not operational'—even though I was standing right in front of it and it was clearly open and working. This felt like a deliberate attempt to avoid honoring the app's pricing. I do not recommend this service if you expect honesty and fair pricing. Total lack of accountability from the ground staff to the management level. The well educated senior escalation manager of go mechanic, told me that we are currently stop car washing with water. Then I replied Ma’am all cars are washed by water only. The customer can imagine how they go mechanic recruitment for senior escalation manager. They don’t know the actual meaning of escalation. The most funny part is when i was ready for full amount to pay without discount. The workshop is operating and all parts are available for service. #Be aware people….

Worst service and worst experience ever with Gomechanic My car has only issue with clutch cylinders and they replace clutch plate and all My problem is not resolve anymore Than i changed clutch cylinder from other mechanic. And without ask me they stickered his branding on my car and after I complain about this no further action on my problem Don't go there and find something better

There were timely updates of the status of my car and each and every minute details about the repairs done were explained well.The staff were warm and highly skilled in their profession. The car was finally given a shiny touch before delivery as seen in the photos . Good job !!
