We had a very good experience at CK Birla Hospital. The hospital is clean, well-managed, and the staff is polite and supportive. From admission to discharge, everything was handled smoothly. A special thanks to Dr. Manjusha Goel for the wonderful care and successful surgery of my mother. She is not only an excellent doctor but also a very kind and understanding person. She explained everything clearly and supported us throughout the process. We truly felt that my mother was in safe hands and thanks to shweta ji also. We are very grateful for the care and attention given to her. Highly recommended.
Our daughter was admitted to the NICU at CK Birla Hospital Punjabi Bagh immediately after birth. While having your newborn in the NICU is never an experience any parent hopes for, the incredible NICU team made this challenging time much easier for our family. Every doctor and nurse who cared for our daughter treated her as if she were their own. They ensured she was looked after with utmost care, attention, and compassion. What touched us most was seeing them speak to her with such kindness, warmth, and love. It was evident that they genuinely cared not only for her medical well-being but also for her comfort and happiness.
