My dad stayed at Criticare Hospital for three nights for his spine surgery, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. A special mention to Dr. Aqif (apologies if I’ve misspelled the name), who was truly outstanding. He patiently demonstrated all the light exercises and kept my dad motivated. Recovery needs more than just medicine—it needs encouragement too—and he provided both beautifully. Kudos to him!
The Agile Physiotherapy team is truly excellent...They have helped me significantly in reducing my lower back and neck pain and stiffness which I had been suffering from for several months... All the exercises they recommended were very effective... Special thanks to Dr. Jibin Sir for carefully understanding my pain and problem first and then suggesting exercises accordingly...
