Negligence of staff is sitting in the counter and on the mobile asked another person to attend who is already attending another customer and was standing from 10-15 min and didn't attended poor service in the pharmacy
The positives- they are well stocked and you can find some of the medicines (prescribed by Apollo doctors)which are not available in other pharmacies. The negatives- they are well staffed, but many of them are not well versed with the medicines and also when you order something which is not available, they hardly ever get back to you. I am not sure if most of the staff are trainees or just ill trained.
worst service ever received in my life everyone here are money minded they keep looking for opportunities to steal money from you even if we think let the money go and spend money even then the treatment is not that great...............very disappointed service
