Overall experience was decent.. however the masseuse was not very gentle with my hair and pulled at them roughly - breaking a few in the process while tying and untying my bun. The massage in itself was 6/10 in terms of relaxation. The bathroom could have been a bit more premium and the massage room a little less stuffy. Decent one time experience

I recently visited this spa, and honestly, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I entered, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, which immediately made me uncomfortable. A spa is supposed to give a fresh, calming, and relaxing feeling — but here, it was just the opposite. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the air felt stuffy. The hygiene standards were far below what I expected. A/c control was not functioning, no proper ventilation, and the overall ambiance felt neglected. The therapist assigned to me was also not attentive I tried to explain my preferences and areas of concern, but she simply did not listen. Instead of making me feel relaxed, the entire session felt rushed and careless. It’s very disappointing when someone pays good money and doesn’t even get basic respect and service. The quality of the massage and service felt like 3rd grade — no skill, no focus, no care. Yet the prices are as if they are providing first-class, luxury treatment. When you charge premium rates, customers expect premium experience. Sadly, this place is nowhere near that level. Even the atmosphere was noisy — not the quiet, peaceful environment you expect from a spa. The attitude of the staff was also not welcoming. They seemed more interested in finishing their job quickly rather than actually taking care of the customer. I genuinely felt uncomfortable the entire time. This is not just about money — it’s about basic customer experience. A spa should make people feel relaxed, refreshed, and valued. Here, I felt ignored, uncomfortable, and completely dissatisfied. I would never recommend this place to anyone who’s expecting quality service. For the price they charge, the service is a total waste. They seriously need to improve their cleanliness, staff training, and customer care. My overall experience was extremely poor — and I do not plan to visit again.
