Today I visited wellness forever I met an employee named Afsar,he was extremely supportive,polite and professional,he helped me in every possible way and made my experience truly pleasant.Staff like him are real asset to the organisation.Thank You Afsar.

Pathetic Service. Every time we visit, the staff either don’t have knowledge about medicines or are busy in other works. Even the duty manager is slow and busy in attending his phone. Waited today for 30 minutes for an insulin but the staff was busy in selling Soft Drinks & Biscuits. After procuring Vile from fridge, for 20 mins it was lying in the desk and nobody bothered to bill. Its very understandable thing is that certain medicines need to be always refrigerated but these uneducated staff had no sense. 2 people were busy in serving one foreigner customer, who came to buy snacks but not medicine. Hence we left without buying. They didn’t even showed courtesy to stop us or process the order. Specially the manager looked absent minded on duty. Strongly won’t recommend this outlet
