have been bringing my Shih Tzu to Dr Paws, Indiranagar for haircuts for the past one year, where the grooming service was charged at ₹999. Recently, I was informed that a spa service has now been made compulsory in addition to the haircut. This has increased the total cost to approximately ₹2,500 (₹1,500 for the spa plus ₹999 for the haircut), along with an expectation to purchase their grooming products. While I appreciate quality pet care, making the spa service mandatory—especially when basic shampooing can be done at home—seems unnecessary and significantly increases the cost for customers. When I tried to understand the reason behind this change, I was simply told that it is a “compulsory policy,” without any clear explanation. I find this policy quite surprising and disappointing. As a regular customer, I believe services like spa treatments should remain optional rather than being forced upon customers. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I hope the management will reconsider this approach in the interest of customer convenience and transparency.
This place has everything you want for your pets, This was my first visit to Dr. Paws and I had a really good experience. I had taken my golden retriever for grooming and haircut, they did amazing work! The waiting space is also good, Also gave freebies for visiting this place for the 1st time 👍🏻.
THEY ARE AMAZING!! My husky is very anxious with other vets so giving meds becomes a huge task. The staff is Very friendly and they made him feel like home. The receptionist she was very efficient and knowledgeable and Dr swaroop is very knowledgeable.
