Taj The Trees, Mumbai

Had a wonderful stay at Taj The Trees, Mumbai. The property is modern, elegant, and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable, with thoughtful amenities that make the stay truly relaxing. One of the highlights was the mesmerising view of the mangroves and greenery, which offers a refreshing escape from the city's hustle and creates a serene atmosphere throughout the stay. The hotel itself is impeccably maintained, and the overall ambience reflects the premium Taj hospitality experience. The amenities are excellent, and the dining options offer a great selection of quality food. While the service was courteous and professional, there is some room for improvement in terms of attentiveness and consistency. That said, the stunning views, spacious rooms, luxurious facilities, and overall experience more than make up for it. A fantastic property in Mumbai, and I would happily stay here again.

If you are looking for a serene hotel with fabulous staff and clean surroundings in Mumbai then this is the hotel for you. It was the first time staying at a Taj hotel group hotel and all I can say is that if this hotel is anything to go by, I will be rebooking the hotel chain at different locations. The room was very clean, great breakfasts daily, and lovely facilities. I was even fortunate to use the spa facilities which were first class. I had Reduka do my nails and Angel a scrub and wrap and both were excellent. I wish I’d gone to the spa sooner as it’s so luxurious. The best part is that the hotel is situated in a quiet, area away from the car horns and people.

Had a really nice stay at Taj The Trees. A special thanks to Ms. Mahima and Ms. Joey for making our celebration a little more special and comfortable. They were warm, helpful, and took care of everything very smoothly throughout our stay. It was such a pleasure meeting them. They had arranged a lovely setup for us, had also upgraded our room, along with a high tea in the afternoon and a late checkout, which we genuinely appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The property, atmosphere, and service were all great. Definitely a good option if you’re looking for a staycation in Mumbai. Looking forward to visit again soon!
