I am so grateful to the team at Cessna for saving Mikky. After visiting several other hospitals without success, Cessna finally diagnosed her bacterial infection and provided the right treatment. Mikky’s skin has cleared up and she is back to her happy self. Special thanks to rubiya fathima....Thank you team cessna😊
The doctor was attending to multiple dogs and cats at the same time. More doctors may be required to ensure proper care and attention for each patient. During my cat Krishna Bhagat’s vaccination, the doctor seemed inattentive. After administering the injection, he shook the skin while the needle was still inside, which must have been painful. This was her fourth annual vaccination, and she has never shown discomfort before. I am not naming the doctor publicly, as I do not wish to insult anyone. However, I felt the approach lacked attentiveness and compassion. I hope the clinic improves its patient care and staffing.
I am a regular visitor at Cessna and have been using their expertise for us baby Bruno for the last 4 years .They have been absolutely immaculate and tremendously supportive. We go to Cessna considering to avail best medicines and best veterinary docs .But Today I was little disappointed with the way we were handled ..Few points - 1- The entire premise was untidy with ticks and baby furs in the waiting areas which normally remains spic and span . 2-Dr Vatsala did not hear our concerns and objections and was more interested in selling Master Healthcheckup plans 3-There are three medicines which Dr Girish used to administer Bruno before two of which were in injections and one was nasal .Today I saw the assistant to doctor injecting to my baby instead of doctor. Secondly, nasal medicines of corona to my pet were unclear as she immediately disposed the Phile..I don’t know whether it was actually applied. Previous doctors were very attentive and they used to demonstrate all medications well. Pls put experience and courteous good docs as we pay big amounts to visit Cessna.
