I appreciate her intiative in helping senior citizens like us, aged 72 years, by accepting to send all reports by courier to Bangalore as you are fully aware that we maintain our rapport with Hitech lab ,T nagar for more than 20 years and continue taking Annual Master Health Check-up with your corporate in Chennai, even though lots of Diagnostic labs are available near our residence in Bangalore. I REALLY APPRECIATE Ms. Anandhi's DECISION MAKING CAPACITY "ON THE SPOT" WITHOUT DELAY, while your back office people were unable to take a timely decision, citing some irresponsible reasons, (even though I have told them that I am willing to bear the cost of courier in sending all reports to my Bangalore address,) without knowing the genuinity of the transaction. Staff at Hi-tech lab is good and skilled. I have been giving my blood sample for annual test here since many years. The collection executive draws blood in such a skilled manner that I don't feel pain at all. Rates are reasonable too. Reports arrive on time. I would recommend Hi tech Labs to my friends and family.
