GREEN TREE HOTEL

I stayed at this hotel for four days and had an excellent experience. The service was outstanding and the room facilities were well-maintained and comfortable. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help. Everything was managed smoothly, making my stay very relaxing. Overall, it was a first-class experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean but not the ultimate standard clean..the bathroom was okayish but the toilet seats were broken and the door was split in several places. The rust on the pipes were too much..The staff were cordial but a guy sitting on the premises was very creepy which made the stay a bit scary. The hotel price is for the location but not really the cleanliness or the hygiene..For more than 2k per night I would expect atleast a complimentary breakfast or even less atleast a coffee.

We first booked a Green Tree hotel near the US Consulate that clearly showed two beds plus one extra bed suitable for three people. After reaching, they suddenly said there was a power shortage and shifted us to another branch opposite the DMK office. The room we got was extremely disappointing. It was very congested, with a small bed and barely any space to move around. The sink was outside the bathroom, which was very inconvenient. The room was dirty and unhygienic — they hadn’t even cleaned under the bed. There were mosquitoes everywhere, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Drinking water was insufficient, and we had to ask repeatedly. The complimentary breakfast was not good and definitely not worth the stay. The bathroom was not hygienic at all. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. Definitely not recommended, especially for people coming for important appointments like visa interviews.
