I had a very positive experience under the care of Dr. Shashi Khanna sir . The doctor was professional, kind, and reassuring throughout my treatment. I have been admitted here for past 3 days. And the hospitality provided here is good. Facilities are very nice plus special care of hygiene is also taken care. I would surely recommend it to people.
The hospital is great with the medical facilities along with a maintained waiting area for the patients family. The staff is well knowledged and equipped. I came for my wife's pregnancy registration and faced some issues in the beginning. Ms. Saheli was quite helpful. She handled the situation meticulously and got the registration done with all detailed formalities about registration and privilege membership benefits with clarifications. Great experience overall. Kudos to Ms. Saheli, Ms. Disha and their Senior Manager at ILS Hospital Salt Lake OPD Desk for understanding the situation, facilitating the process and assuring the best of care and registered services for my wife at the Hospital.
