Pathetic service, returned my shoe in the exact same condition as I gave, no effort applied in cleaning even minimal stains which I could easily remove at my home with wet wipes. Dissapointed, not recommended for anybody, waste of Rs 2000.
This was a really disappointing experience. I believe the lesson here should be, your sales staff should know the capabilities of the dry cleaning facility. Setting extremely high expectations only to book sales and then failing to deliver is the easiest way to lose customers. Safe to say, I will NEVER trust TumebleDry for any services in the future. Immensely disappointed in your services and support.
I took service from rajouri garden’s tumbledry and the service was extremely nice and they gave the clothes back early with great packaging and with amazing quality.
