Had a wonderful experience at The Big Pitcher with my wife. The overall atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxed evening out. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. The beer selection was good and enjoyable, although there is always room to further refine and elevate some of the brews. What truly stood out was the exceptional service, especially from the Floor Manager, Ashok. Being from the hospitality industry myself, I naturally pay close attention to service standards, guest interactions, and staff professionalism. Ashok was outstanding in every aspect. He was warm, attentive, patient, and genuinely focused on ensuring guests had a great experience. He handled everything with a smile and showed a level of hospitality that is becoming increasingly rare. It's clear that he understands the true meaning of guest service and goes above and beyond to make people feel valued and comfortable. The Big Pitcher is fortunate to have someone like Ashok leading the floor. Team members like him leave a lasting impression and are a major reason guests return. Overall, a fantastic experience with great food, good beer, excellent ambiance, and truly memorable hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommended! 🍻👏🏻

I have been to Big pitcher many years back and there is a lot of change in the ambiance, I really liked the previous one but even this was okay. The service was quick how ever the server does not know much about the dishes, he can’t absolutely talk in English so when asked for recommendations he could not suggest well but we went on our own and we liked almost everything that we ordered. The mulled wine of the season was really nice. I enjoyed it the most.

I visited Big Pitcher last Thursday as a solo traveler, and I had such a wonderful experience. The ambience was warm with great music, and the staff were friendly throughout. A special mention to the pub supervisor/manager, Ashok Lama from Darjeeling, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. He made me feel very welcome, understood that I was from another country, and ensured I was comfortable at all times. I ordered a pizza and it was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and served just right. Overall, Big Pitcher impressed me with its hospitality, great service, and vibe. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed and enjoyable evening!
