Very impressed with the service done. Arijit Ghosh agreed to a late 7.30pm time slot where his professional team arrived on time to carry out the termites treatment which took over two hours time. Very professionally and cleanly done at a nominal charge. Offered a three year warranty and Arijit even visited around 9pm to evaluate and oversee the work done. Overall, very satisfied with the work done. Highly recommended for termites and pest control in Kolkata.
Big thanks to Orion Pest team. A month ago I contacted my friend about the termite extermination, he has helped me through a company named Orion Pest,through his reference, a sales expert Mr Arijit came to my residence, inspected & get me understand the whole process very clearly, on spot I was convinced to get their service..The sales guy Arijit is very active towards his service. He also came during the service time & stood with his technicians & directing them to do the needful as I was very upset about the severe infestation & he knows that. I felt very happy with the company's prompt response & quality service, besides I expect that it won't gives me trouble now. Both the technicians has done the job much efficiently.
As there was warranty period of 5 years of the pest control but in our house the pest did not last for 5 years when we tried to contact the company to ask for a free pest control as our expired before hand first they were saying tomorrow and now they are not picking our call it has been 12 to 15 days no response !! If you can't fulfill your warranty period why do u promiseee??? Is this the service u provide to your customer ?? I want an answer and solution as soon as possible If this is the state of the company I highly doubt it's service.
