Polar Bear Ice Cream Sundaes - Himayat Nagar

​To the Management of Polar Bear Ice Cream Parlor, ​I am writing to share my recent experiences at your outlet. I am a regular customer and I usually have a very positive experience with your male staff members. They are always respectful, friendly, and professional, and I have never faced any issues with them. ​However, I have been feeling very uncomfortable due to the behavior of some of the female staff members, especially those who are off-duty. They often give me odd expressions and make comments as if they are questioning why I am there or how long I am taking to eat. ​I often visit your outlet alone and in casual attire. I am starting to wonder if I am being treated this way simply because I am a solo customer or because of my casual outfit. Even when I finish my order quickly (within 5 minutes), their behavior makes me feel like I am being rushed or judged. ​As a loyal customer who enjoys your ice cream, I find this very disappointing. I hope you will look into this and ensure that all customers—whether they are alone or in a group—are treated with the same level of respect by all staff members.

One of the best ice cream shops ever i have visited...The flavour and taste was very delicious and fresh..The flavour tastes almost natural..tried their Death by chocolate it is thier signature dish.. Tried thier nuts overloaded with jackfruit ice cream must try for jackfruit lovers and who wants to try different flavours.. They have plenty of varieties to serve..Place is decent but only a few tables available , staff is soo friendly.. parking is difficult they don't have specific place for parking..

In fact I liked the place.. suitable for short and sweet hangouts for icecream lovers. One thing I do suggest polar bear is menu has got all new named ice creams but taste wise awe factor is missing. Please try something special that stands out compare to other ice cream stalls. Parking seems little difficult. Overall, it's a pleasant experience..
