I had a short stay at Holiday Inn, and overall it was a very good experience. Right from the security team to the reception staff, everyone was welcoming and courteous, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. The room was comfortable, and we really enjoyed the beautiful race course view — it added to the overall experience. A special appreciation for the thoughtful gesture towards kids. Providing a magic water colouring book as a welcome gift was such a lovely and heartwarming touch. It made our child feel special and added a personal element to the stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you to the team for the warm hospitality!

I recently attended an event at Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse, and the experience was absolutely delightful. The banquet arrangements were well organized, and the staff ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. A special mention to Vishnu, one of the banquet trainees, for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. He was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It’s rare to see such dedication and enthusiasm — he made sure all our requests were handled promptly and with care. The food, service, and overall ambience were wonderful, but what truly stood out was the warm and genuine service from the team, especially Vishnu. Keep up the great work!

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn, and I would especially like to appreciate Ranjita and Akola from the housekeeping team. They maintained the room exceptionally well throughout my stay. Everything was spotless, neatly arranged, and refreshed on time every day. The beds were perfectly made, and the bathroom was always clean and hygienic. Both Ranjita and Akola were polite, professional, and very helpful. Their warm attitude and dedication to their work truly enhanced my experience. Thanks to their efforts, my stay was comfortable and relaxing. I sincerely appreciate their excellent service and would gladly recommend this hotel.
