My experience with Cloudnine Hospitals was really good during the delivery of our baby boy. The nurses were extremely supportive and made my wife feel comfortable throughout the process, which meant a lot to us during such an important time. A big thank you to Dr. Surabhi Katyal for handling the delivery so smoothly and professionally. We truly appreciate her care and guidance. Also, special thanks to Aman for arranging and managing the services and responding promptly to all our queries. His support made the entire experience much easier for us. Overall, we had a very positive experience and are grateful for the care and support we received.
I got connected with hospital 3.5 years back and it is a good place for maternity. Doctors are also very supportive and little expensive too. Hospital is charging even for bits and pieces that is also almost fine. But before one week, my wife and I visited pediatrician Dr. Saurabh kataria with my 2.5 year old son for vaccination. I was very disheartened to see that a stall full of junk food is placed just adjacent to the dr's room enterance. Almost all kids who were visiting any of the available dr were buying chocolates and burgers. Very first of all hospitals should not be involved in such unethical business practice specially the hospital that is dealing with kids only. Because junk food is hazardous for our kids health. If hospital wants to take any food related initiative to increase their business then they can sale shakes, fruits and only healthy and fresh food if possible or another separate area must be allocated for junk food. Hospital needs to take serious consideration that If such things would be available at dr's door then how parents would make their kids justify not to consume junk food. I believe your hospital will take strict action on it at the utmost priority. If I'll again find such health hazardous and unethical money making practices happening in your hospital then I will regret opting for another hospital in compulsion.
Had a wonderful experience at the hospital. Special thanks to Dr. Nisha for her professional care, guidance, and support throughout the journey. She made us feel comfortable and confident at every step. A very special thanks to Nurse Moni Raj for taking such loving and gentle care of the baby. She was extremely caring, attentive, and helpful, and her kindness meant a lot to us during this special time. Truly grateful to the entire team for their excellent care and support.
