Had an amazing experience with Zero Watts. Being a first time customer with them, everything was done really well, from initial coordination to handing over the deliverables in time. Photography team arrived early and did a good job covering the event. Can slightly improve on traditional videography but overall, the job was very well done and definitely worth the price paid for. Album had come out very beautiful, thanks to Mr. Karthick, candid videography was also really nicely taken by Mr. Mani. Special mention to CRM Hari Krishnan, who coordinated everything wonderfully. I had no stress on having to go back to them with doubts or clarifications at all, because he handled every single thing with a lot of warmth and grace, and gave immediate resolutions, making our first time customer experience memorable. Will be definitely opting for their services again!
