Inspite of visiting a couple of times before, we've never shot pictures to upload in the review as this was a busy place that involved queue system to be seated. Our last visit was on a weekday afternoon and hence we got a table without a wait time. The seating is outdoor and the menu is pocket friendly and extensive. Most of their kitchen seems outdoor and causes fumes, sizzles and fragrances of multiple dishes being cooked. The dining is moderately under dhaded trees and thoroughly placed table fans. The menu and ordering are online while the bill can be paid once your are about to leave. Service staff are busy but give you attention when needed. Our asked for extra plate/spoon have immediately been fulfilled. The orders once placed have also arrived quick to the table. We've been ordering from this place for years and hence have reordered most of our favorites to enjoy them fresh which include their paratha with dal makhani, red velvet brownie and cookies. Their sulemani chai and masala soda were well made too. No excessive sugars in the beverages that we ordered. Overall it was a nostalgic place for us and being able to dine without a wait time is a plus.
Great value and taste is a rare combination these days in the food space. Prithvi cafe has kept up with both. The parathas were nicely stuffed and the pizza and nachos were loaded with toppings. The chai for 30 bucks given the ambience is a showstopper. Plus it tastes really good. We had two cups each.
Juhu Prices That Won’t Hurt Your Pocket Recently visited Prithvi Cafe, tucked inside the iconic Prithvi Theatre complex, and the vibe is just as charming as everyone says. There’s also a small bookstore inside, which adds to the overall artsy, cozy feel of the place. Coming to the waiting system yes, there is one, but it’s super convenient. You simply scan the QR code and join the digital waiting queue. On weekends, especially Saturday and Sunday evenings, the wait can be 30 minutes or more, but trust me it’s absolutely worth it. Now the food We tried: Chicken cheese samosa – super yum, crispy and cheesy.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Paneer cheese stuffed kulcha with chole, with chaas and mango lassi – too delicious! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chilli cheese toast – decent, but nothing extraordinary ⭐️⭐️⭐️
