The place is amazing, the teachers are very good and the staff is very cool. When I went there for a competition the staff helped out alot and everyone there had a positive energy, the place is big and it is a good institute if one wants to learn any musical instruments. They hold completions every now and then in which anyone can participate it brings out your confidence and gives you some exposure..Overall it is a fantastic place

I am so much disappointed by this synergy institute of music. I purchased a guitar in January with 1 yr of warranty in rs 6500. I already told them I live in Punjab ie. faridkot.The person who was selling at that time said he will make and available service where my residence but this is not happened. When I approach to them they said the person who told me the same has left office and wrong information given by him. The guitar key was so much poor quality when I tried to tune guitar it gets broken. I approach to this group. They said take guitar to delhi and they will provide me full service of guitar. After one month again this key broken down and Shyam ( person I approached) not communicating with me. I don't know how I gonna fix this issue. You guys are doing fraud to the people who are trusting you. I will never gonna recommend anyone. Who will purchase this kind of guitar from me as you provide so much bad quality of guitar. I want you to take back this guitar and I want my money back. I don't wanna harras myself for same thing again and again.
