I recently visited Cafe Ikat at WelcombyITC, Ahmedabad, and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their excellent group management. I went in the morning and met Ms. Bandana to inform her about our large group arriving for lunch. She ensured that the tables were perfectly arranged in advance and assisted me with pre-ordering a variety of dishes for the group. Everything was prepared and served right on time, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a perfect experience. Truly appreciate the efficiency and coordination of the staff. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at ITC Welcomhotel Ahmedabad, and I would like to especially appreciate the exceptional hospitality shown by Kirit and Ajmeera from the Housekeeping team, along with Nikita from the Guest Relations team. Kirit and Ajmeera were incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay. Their dedication to maintaining the room to the highest standards was evident every day. They always greeted me with a warm smile and ensured that every detail was taken care of, making me feel truly comfortable and valued as a guest. A special mention to Nikita from Guest Relations, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine care elevated the entire experience. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and memorable, promptly assisting with every request and always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. It is employees like Kirit, Ajmeera, and Nikita who reflect the true spirit of hospitality and make guests look forward to returning. I stayed at Welcome by ITC Hotels for 2 days and must say it was a great experience. Location wise it bang on the road no issue with locating it. Thanks to the front desk staff for upgrading my room to a bathtub room so that my kis loved it. The rooms was spacious and very well maintained. The bathroom was very was very placed with quiet a good space considering a bathtub. As far as for the food and dining experience it was great. The food both during breakfast and dinner was very delicious and vide spread. My kids loved it. Also special shout out to the staff at the restaurant Gita, Bandana, Jojo, Achoi, Merlin, Paras, Monica sorry if i have missed anyone. The most important thing they have a live pianist playing song furing the dinner time which was the cherry on the cake. Will surely recommend this to anyone looking for a stay in Ahmedabad with kids and family. A small suggestion if you can make the mirror on the window one sided so that the people of the near by location cant see inside would be really helpful.
