We recently had a wonderful stay at this property and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The location is incredibly convenient with easy access to local attractions, and the ambiance throughout the hotel is welcoming and sophisticated. The breakfast buffet is amazing, offering a great variety and high quality. Having a 24-hour cafe and round-the-clock room service was a huge plus for convenience. A special shout-out to Mr. Vijay at the fitness center. He was exceptionally polite, quick to assist, and did a fantastic job coordinating access to the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. His professional attitude truly enhanced my relaxation time. The entire staff is friendly and attentive. I also noted how well-maintained the property is; the facilities are kept spotlessly clean at all times. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a seamless stay. I will definitely be returning!

Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help with little things really meant a lot and made the experience even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Rohit from the housekeeping team, who truly stood out. His dedication, friendliness, and commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment made a big difference during my stay. The breakfast experience was absolutely top-notch, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Overall, the service, hospitality, and care at this hotel are exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ahmedabad, especially families, and would definitely love to stay here again.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad for one week on a business trip and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. From the very first day everyone went above and beyond to make my stay and my wife’s stay feel warm and personal. We were not treated like guests but like family and that made a huge difference throughout the week. The room was impeccable. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing which is something I truly appreciate after long working days. The restaurant deserves special recognition. The food was beyond words and every single meal was fantastic. Over the week we built a very nice connection with the chefs the waiters and the entire restaurant team and they truly made each visit special. Jesmin deserves a very high praise. Every time we arrived at the restaurant she made us feel like we were coming to eat with friends. She was always attentive and her smile is amazing and contagious. Afin Senven and Suman were always attentive to what we needed and made sure we were well served at all times. Ajay the restaurant manager and Narayan made us feel extremely comfortable. They always remembered what we ordered and went even beyond that. Their attention and kindness were outstanding and made us feel truly welcomed. The chefs Gautam and Laukesh were also exceptional. They made sure we were happy with every meal and helped us with any request from something as simple as extra papaya to more complex requests like explaining cooking methods. They were amazing at making us feel welcome and cared for. The food overall was simply outstanding. I can honestly say that we would rather eat at the hotel than anywhere else in Ahmedabad and that says a lot. At the gym Kushbhu was super helpful and always attentive to make sure everything was fine and that we had no issues during our workouts. The reception team and concierge were also great and very supportive whenever we needed assistance. All the other facilities were perfect and there is honestly nothing to complain about. I can only say that this stay was a very happy surprise. We would definitely return to this hotel and we truly wish there were more teams like this one. The people here make the difference and they made our stay unforgettable.
