Very disappointing experience at FabHotel Golden Hitech, Hyderabad. I had already paid the full booking amount of ₹5,244 through FabHotels for a 3-night stay. When my wife and I reached the hotel slightly early, we were asked to pay ₹500 extra for early check-in, which we still agreed to respectfully. But what happened next was shocking. The hotel owner/staff demanded an additional ₹237, claiming FabHotels had transferred less money to them. Even after showing my payment confirmation and invoice clearly from the FabHotels app, they continued arguing with me in front of my wife as if I had done something wrong. As a customer, why should I suffer because of internal payment issues between FabHotels and the hotel owner? The behavior was extremely unprofessional, humiliating, and mentally stressful. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt embarrassed and guilty for even choosing this hotel. Hospitality means making guests feel comfortable and respected not cornering them into arguments over payments already made online. What disappointed me even more was the lack of proper escalation and response from FabHotels support after raising this issue. I had visited three times... Two times they maintained very well... By third time rooms are not good and no maintenance and pillow covers are very bad...
