Excellent, transparent service at a very reasonable price. After bringing my Hyundai Elantra in for a suspected oil leak, the team provided an honest diagnosis and steered me away from unnecessary, expensive repairs. They performed a thorough EGR cleaning, providing timely photo updates throughout the process. Highly recommended for their integrity and quality work!
I had been struggling with a persistent oil leakage issue on my 2005 Camry for a long time, and every mechanic I consulted gave me vague explanations and shockingly high estimates some even quoted around 70k for the repair. It was frustrating and discouraging. Then I found Engineers Auto Garage, and the difference was night and day. Their team quickly diagnosed the problem with precision, explained the issue clearly, and resolved it in no time. Not only did they fix the leakage effectively, but they also did it at a fraction of the cost compared to what others had quoted. What impressed me most was their honesty and professionalism. They didn’t try to oversell unnecessary repairs or inflate the bill. Instead, they focused on solving the actual problem and supporting me throughout the process. The staff was approachable, transparent, and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. Thanks to Engineers Auto Garage, my car is running smoothly again, and I finally feel confident that the issue is behind me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, skilled, and customer-friendly service.
I dropped my 2004 Skoda Octavia in the morning for a timing kit and water pump replacement service. I got the car the next morning. Since my car was an older model, I was requested to source the parts (timing kit, and water pump). This was not a problem as I wanted to install a Kevlar timing so this was a good chance. I was quoted a reasonable price compared to the prices some VW mechanics charge. The final price was below the quote shared. I am satisfied with the great service.
