I had a very disappointing experience at Bodycraft. I had specifically booked a facial for an upcoming event, but during my appointment, the receptionist strongly pushed me to take an under-eye treatment instead. I felt pressured into agreeing. Firstly, I saw no visible difference after the session. I understand that some treatments require multiple sittings, but that was never clearly explained before pushing me into it. Secondly, I had clearly mentioned that I needed something effective for an event yet the focus was shifted to selling me another service and convincing me to book more sessions. As a client, I expect transparency and respect for my preferences, not upselling under pressure. This experience left me disappointed
Always such a good experience at this bodycraft salon! The facials were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating and we felt very refreshed after! The lady who cut my hair did a great job listening to my concerns and gave me the exact style that I wanted! Definitely recommend coming here for all your beauty needs!
