Blue Sea Restaurant

I mean It is a very mid restaurant in my opinion but it is very crowded, so food should be fresh since it is so happening. Also, maybe it is very good for biryani and south indian food, i haven’t tried that but north indian was mid. I ordered butter chicken with garlic butter Naan and Lassi, that was actually good but I have had much better butter chicken and Lassi in general. Naans were good. Service can be improved, they are really good in terms of service for the highlighted areas but we got a corner table and I reached a point where I was almost about to get up and call someone myself to order. Ambience is nothing special, they can work on the cleanliness of the washrooms and tables a lil bit. There were no napkins and glasses on the table as well. Not recommended. Very Unsanitary. Cockroaches at the dining table. Food Quality: Very good. Tasty. Food Quantity: Just right for the price point Price: Reasonable Service: Attentive. Prompt. Responsive but cold and dismissive to customer request. Asked the floor supervisor/manager to have the ladies washroom cleaned. Someone went but didn't clean it (see "cleaned" washroom). Cleanliness: Unsanitary (see images for reference). Table was oily and smelly. There were small cockroaches crawling at our table and into our food. Trash was overflowing at the dining area. Entire restaurant was dimly lit, you can't see the food you are eating properly. Ladies Toilet was horrendous. All toilet cleaning items are on display at the hand washing area. Baby chair is ruined but they still use it, because of this my toddler fell off it, luckily my husband caught him.

However, service is often below expectations, especially during peak hours, and parking is very minimal due to the busy Abids location. Overall, it is a good option if you are visiting mainly for the food and not expecting great service or easy parking.
