I I had booked a blood test for my 4-year-old at 10:15 a.m. considering it was an urgent case. However, I just received a call at 10 a.m. from your executive informing me that no Emedic is available. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. You must respect people’s time and understand the urgency involved in healthcare services.
